Working At Height
Falls from height are one of the biggest causes of workplace fatalities and major injuries. Even simple mistakes can result in serious accidents. To help minimise risks, the Work at Height Regulations 2005 require employers in the UK to make sure that their personnel are given adequate training and information before they conduct any work of this nature.
Work at height means work in any place where, if there were no precautions in place, a person could fall a distance liable to cause personal injury. For example you are working at height if you are working on a ladder or a flat roof, could fall through a fragile surface or could fall into an opening in a floor or a hole in the ground.
Our working at height training courses has been designed to enable employers to meet their obligations under the law and to ensure that their staff members are able to operate safely.
